By accessing or using Klyver ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Acceptable use: You may use Klyver only for lawful recruitment and talent acquisition purposes. You must not use the platform to discriminate based on protected characteristics or in violation of applicable employment laws. Account: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Data: You retain ownership of all candidate and client data you input into Klyver. Payment: Subscription fees are charged in advance. Refunds are provided for annual plans cancelled within 30 days of renewal. Termination: Either party may terminate the service with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you have 90 days to export your data. Limitation of liability: Klyver is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
