What people ask before getting started.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want from your dashboard. Changes apply immediately with fair proration — if you upgrade mid-month, you only pay the difference for the remaining days.

What happens if I exceed my AI CV limit?

Processing pauses until you add AI Credits ($19 per additional 200 CVs) or upgrade your plan. We never charge surprise overages automatically.

Do you issue tax invoices?

We don't issue certified tax documents directly — that's still handled by your accountant or tax system. What Klyver does: generates the pre-invoice from the pipeline, your client approves it with a link, and the PDF already has the client's tax ID, calculated tax, and everything else ready for you to issue your final invoice. Works the same across the Americas and beyond (47 currencies, per-country taxes).

How does the free trial work?

14 days of the Growth plan at no charge, no card required. Full access to features. When it ends you can pick a plan, request another 7 days on trial, or leave your account paused with no data loss.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You have 60 days to export everything as CSV. After that period, data is permanently deleted from our servers (Appwrite Cloud, NYC region). You can reactivate before the 60 days without losing information.

Is there an implementation or onboarding fee?

No. All self-service plans have 100% free setup. The Custom plan can include guided onboarding, in-person or remote, priced by scope.

Do hiring managers use up a seat?

No. On Corporate plans, HMs and stakeholders get unlimited access with read and feedback permissions. Only active recruiters use a seat.

Can I migrate from Manatal, Workable, Greenhouse, or another ATS?

Yes. We accept standard CSV imports. For large migrations (5,000+ candidates) we offer free manual assistance on Growth plans and above.
