Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of Klyver Hire ("the Service"), operated by Klyver Technologies. By using the Service, you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
Klyver Hire is a SaaS recruitment management platform including pipeline management, client CRM, candidate review portal, invoicing, and data analytics for recruitment agencies and talent acquisition teams across the Americas.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information upon registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
3. Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. No prorated refunds upon cancellation. Price changes require 30 days notice and apply at next renewal.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, reselling without permission, loading candidate data without consent, or sending unsolicited mass communications.
5. Intellectual Property
Klyver Hire and its components are owned by Klyver Technologies. Your data remains yours.
6. Privacy
Data processing is governed by our Candidate Privacy Policy and Company Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Klyver's total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes shall be resolved in Mexico City courts.
