This policy explains how personal data of candidates is processed in recruitment processes managed through Klyver Hire.

1. Who processes your data

The recruitment agency or company using Klyver ("the Client") is the Data Controller. Klyver Technologies acts as Data Processor — processing your data only on behalf of and under instructions from the Client.

2. Data collected

• Identity: name, email, phone.
• Professional: CV, work history, education, skills, languages.
• Process: interview stages, recruiter notes, assessment results, role fit score.
• Technical: IP address and browser type when accessing candidate review portals.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when applying or sharing your CV, and the Client's legitimate interest in managing recruitment processes.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. Contact the company that managed your process, or: privacy@klyver.io

5. Security

Klyver uses TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access control, and time-limited tokens for public portals.
