By registering and using Klyver, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Klyver is a SaaS platform for recruitment process management. We make our best effort to maintain 99.5% monthly uptime.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access.
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. You can change plan or cancel at any time from your dashboard. No refunds for partial months, except for extended service outages.
You may not use Klyver for: illegal activities, sending spam, attempting to compromise service security, reverse-engineering the product, or reselling the service without written authorization.
Data you upload to Klyver (candidates, CVs, notes, etc.) is yours. You can export everything to CSV at any time.
We may suspend your account for material breach of these terms, non-payment for more than 14 days, or abusive use. We will always give prior notice and 60 days to export your data (except in proven fraud cases).
Klyver is not responsible for hiring decisions you make. AI tools are aids, not replacements for human judgment. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the incident.
We may evolve the product and update these terms with 30 days' notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
