Privacy Policy

This privacy notice is issued in compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and applicable regulations in other LATAM countries where we operate.

1. Data controller

Klyver ("we") with address in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data. Privacy contact: privacy@klyver.io.

2. Data we collect

• Identity: name, email, phone, profile photo.
• Professional: company, position, CV, work history, education.
• Billing: tax ID, legal name, payment method (processed by Stripe).
• Usage: activity logs, IP address, browser type, product events.

3. Purposes

• Provide and operate the contracted service.
• Process payments, invoicing and comply with tax obligations.
• Send product communications and important notifications.
• Improve Klyver through statistical analysis (aggregated data).
• Prevent fraud and comply with legal requirements.

4. Data transfers

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us operate: Appwrite Cloud (infrastructure, NYC region), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (Claude AI features), Google Analytics / Microsoft Clarity (analytics).

5. ARCO rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose the processing of your data. Write to privacy@klyver.io with a copy of your ID.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. If you cancel, we keep data for 60 days to allow reactivation, then permanently delete it (except billing information required by law for 5 years).

8. Changes

We may update this notice. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
